During the inspection carried out by RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Authority between February 27 and March 10, 2023, 71 cases were recorded, out of which 39 cases resulted in damage to the environment in the amount of 23,676,644 AMD, and an administrative fine in the amount of 450,000 AMD was imposed in 9 cases.
In 5 previously recorded cases, environmental damage in the amount of 2,383,000 AMD was calculated, in 22 cases an administrative fine of 1,400,000 AMD was imposed.
