The Republic of Armenia is restoring its control over 13.068 hectares of forest and environmental lands that were granted to private entities years ago. At its session held on November 27, the Government approved a draft decision developed by the Ministry of Environment, which annuls Government Decision No. 479-A adopted in 2006.
Out of these lands, 5,329.91 hectares will be transferred to the management of “Khosrov Forest” State Reserve, and 4,118 and 3,620 hectares will be transferred to “ArmForest” SNCO.
