As a result of the study of contractual obligations, 569 warnings were issued to soil managers, 695 million AMD arrears were paid, 11 soil management rights were terminated, 4 of which were metallic ones, as RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan stated while presenting the activity report for 2019 to RA Prime Minister. He noted that 17 mining permits were issued, 16 exploration permits were issued, and 32 applications were rejected, as we learn from the official website of RA Prime Minister.
