Illegal extraction was carried out from the agricultural land area belonging to the company located in the administrative territory of Artamet Community in Armavir Region, as we learn from the official website of RA State Revenue Committee.
It turned out that the mining activity on about 8 hectares of agricultural land belonging to the company, located in the territory of Artamet Community in Armavir Region, was organized without the soil management right and without registration with the tax authorities.
It turned out that about 63,000 cubic meters of mountain mass was displaced from the above-mentioned site, the total cost of which is about 159 million AMD. A criminal case has been initiated on the case in accordance with Article 188 ((3)1) of RA Criminal Code.
