Under the coordination of State Interests Protection Department of RA General Prosecutor's Office, as of 2021 the territorial subdivisions of RA Prosecutor's Office have studied the state of the state duty envisaged by the soil management contracts and RA legislation, the supplementation (reclamation) payments of the environment protection fund, as well as the state of protection of state interests in the process of fulfillment of soil managers' obligations in the sphere of socio-economic development, as RA Prosecutor's Office informs.
As a result of the study, it was found out that 26 entities have liabilities totaling 39,751,045 AMD for environmental protection (reclamation) payments, out of which 2,400,000 AMD were recovered during the study.
In the sphere of socio-economic development of the communities, the liabilities of 8 soil managers make 23,000,000 AMD, and 4 entities have liabilities of 8,000,000 AMD in terms of state duty.
Based on the results of the study by RA Prosecutor's Office, RA Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Ministry, as well as RA Ministry of Environment, issued warnings, initiated administrative proceedings against them, and took measures to confiscate the arrears in court.
