On the agenda of the Government session on February 9, 2023, among the non-reportable issues, the draft of RA Law "On Amendments to RA Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (EIA) and the draft laws on amendments and additions to related laws were included.
It should be noted that "EcoLur" Informational NGO sent its observations and recommendations regarding the draft law to Environment Minister on February 8.
