An interdepartmental working group will be established to detect illegal cases of soil management by the decision of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan N 342-A.
The head of the interdepartmental working group should submit information about the progress of the works performed to the RA Prime Minister's staff every three months.
The head of the interdepartmental working group is the deputy minister coordinating the field of soil management of RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure. The group includes representatives of RA Ministry of Environment, RA State Revenue Committee, RA National Security Service, the inspection bodies of the RA Prime Minister's Office, RA Cadastre Committee, and RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
