On September 13, 2022, a regular meeting of the joint working group of the project for the construction of new nuclear power units in the territory of the Republic of Armenia was held, with the participation of the representatives of RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure and "ArmAtom SRI" CJSC. The Russian delegation was led by project manager, adviser to the president of "REP" JSC Viktor Kolesnikov, as we learn from the official website of the Armenian Atomic Power Plant.
During the meeting, first the list of working groups in all directions of the project was specified, then the roadmap for the construction of new power units, the schedule of preparation of the preliminary feasibility study, the terms of providing baseline data were agreed, and the approaches and plans regarding the issues of agreeing the financing conditions of the project were discussed.
