The Armenian Government will reduce the chartered capital of “Metsamorenergoatom” CJSC, which shall comply with the pure assets of the company recorded in the late 2011 in the amount of 22,956,000 AMD and were fewer than the chartered capital by 60,000,000 AMD. The capital is equally shared between the company founders, the Armenian government (as represented by Energy and Natural Resources Ministry) and Russian “Atomstroyexport” CJSC. The funds for 2010-2011 were used for paying salaries and obtaining needed property etc. “Metsamorenergoatom” CJSC hasn’t carried out any business activities and hasn’t gained any profit from the sales of product,” says the official website of the government.
