The agreement on providing a loan to the Armenian Government for funding ANPP operation prolongation has been signed. As the official website of the Armenian Government says, the agreement was signed in the frames of Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamyan’s visit to the Russian Federation on 5 February. The Armenian signatory party was Suren Karayan, First Deputy Minister of International Economic Integrations and Reforms, the Russian Counterpart – Sergey Storchak – Russian Finance Deputy Minister.
