On November 18, a few hours after the Paris City Hall accepted the call for the recognition of the Artsakh Republic, the Senate of the French Republic decided to submit to a vote a draft resolution on the need to recognize the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, as Artsakh Foreign Minister Masis Mailyan posted on his Facebook page.
