On March 4, a collapse took place in Shahumyan gold-polymetallic mine operated by "CHAARAT Kapan" CJSC. One employee died as a result of the collapse, as RA Ministry of Emergency Situations informs referring to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center.
It turned out that the 845th level of the factory's mine pass collapsed (about 15 m). A. S. (born in 1996) died on the spot.
