Based on the letter received from RA Investigative Committee, the employees of Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body found out that a citizen A. N, cut down 2 walnut trees, 2 apple trees and 1 cherry tree in 4 cases in the land plot located in front of 17/1 Davtashen 4th district, which is a public construction zone for the purpose of settlements, as Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body informs.
Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body reached a decision to impose a fine in the amount of 400,000 AMD. At the same time, a decision was reached to claim compensation for the damage caused to the flora in the amount of 445,000 AMD.
