During the inspection carried out by RA Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body from March 13 to 24, 2023, 53 cases of violation of law were recorded, out of which 19,208,299 AMD damage to the environment was calculated in 32 cases, and administrative fine in the amount 1,000,000 AMD was assigned in 7 cases.
In 5 previously recorded cases, environmental damage in the amount of 873,316 AMD was calculated, in 19 cases an administrative fine of 2,330,000 AMD was imposed.
