In order to prevent illegal fishing, RA State Revenue Committee informs that those engaged in illegal fishing will be fined in the amount of 50 percent of the business income calculated in accordance with RA Tax Code, but not less than 200,000 AMD.
It should be noted that under RA governmental resolution No. 1016 dated on June 22, 2023, a temporary ban on the export of whitefish from the territory of the Republic of Armenia, including the transfer to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, was set for a period of 6 months.
