Which Official’s Data on Sevan Are Correct?

The level of Lake Sevan has increased making up 1900.16 meters as compared with that of 2012, as Andranik Andreasyan, Chairman of State Committee on Water Industry of Territorial Administration Ministry, said at the consultation held on 15 January.

It should be mentioned that on 5 December 2013 Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan reported at the consultation held with the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan that the level of Lake Sevan level made up 1900.20 meters as of 4 December 2013.

Reminder: as of 1 January 2013 the balance of Lake Sevan was considered to be negative, the level of Lake Sevan made up 1900,13 meters as of 1 January 2012, while the level decreased up to 1900,10 meters as of 1 January 2013.
