According to www.mes.am, on April 20, according to National Seismic Protection Survey information, at 03:47 local time, a magnitude 2.3 earthquake was recorded in Armenia, 9 km west of Yerevan.
The tremor measured magnitude 3 at the epicenter area.
The geographical coordinates of the epicenter are north width 40.130 and east length 44.360.
The hypocenter of the seismic activity was 10 kilometers beneath the surface.
