The Armenian Government is establishing an ecotourism information center, which aims to coordinate the activities of local and international tourism companies and the specially protected areas of nature, to set up ecotourism databases amd to recruit and manage all ecotourism resources. The Center will deal with the publication of scientific materials, provide online information and introduce oline booking and payment systems, as Nature Protection Deputy Minister Khachik Hakobyan said at 'Ecotourism in Armenia' conference held at the American University of Armenia on 2 April.
