A discussion was held at RA Nature Protection Ministry dedicated to the establishment of a national center for biodiversity preservation and environmental education based on Yerevan Botanical Garden, as Information and Public Relations Department of RA Nature Protection Ministry informs.
During the discussion the status of the center and opportunities to develop ecoeducation and ecotourism were covered. 'The main aim to establish this center is to hve a strong, powerful and state-of-the-art center for scientific innovations, which shall have science communication and resort organization functions. I'm sure that both this sector and relevant organizations involved in this processl will only benefit from the implementation of this project,' RA Nature Protection Minister Artsvik Minasyan particularly outlined in his speech.
