During the office of the former Minister of Nature Protection Aram Harutyunyan, one of the HPPs was issued an illegal water use permit with the participation of a group of ministry officials. The head of the Water Use Permit Department of the Ministry's Water Resources Management Agency has been charged in the criminal case, as the Investigative Committee informs without mentioning the name of the HPP.
