Reservoirs in Armenia Less Full as Compared with 2020

Compared to 2020, the reservoirs in Armenia are less full. Akhuryan Reservoir, with a capacity of 525 million cubic meters, is filled with 152 million cubic meters of water as of June 21, when in 2020 it had 390 million cubic meters of water. The 91-million-cubic-meter Aparan Reservoir is filled with 33.9 million cubic meters of water, when it jad 42 million cubic meters on the same day in 2020. Azat Reservoir with a capacity of 70 million cubic meters is filled with 44.9 million cubic meters of water. On the same day in 2020, the reservoir was filled with 64.8 million cubic meters. Marmarik Reservoir, with a capacity of 24 million cubic meters, has 9.44 million cubic meters of water, while in 2020 it had 15.2 million cubic meters of water on the same day.

Arpilich, with a capacity of only 105 million cubic meters, has more water than last year. As of June 21, the lake has 65.2 million cubic meters of water, and on the same day in 2020 it amounted to 43.4 million.
