From September 15, additional water intake from Lake Sevan was stopped. Instead of the planned 70 million, an additional 58.234 million cubic meters of water was released from the lake. The total water intake from the lake this year made up 228.234 million cubic meters.
From the beginning of this year to October 16, 95.453 million cubic meters of water flowed into the lake through the Arpa-Seva tunnel.
The lake level continues to fall. As of October 17, the level of the lake makes up 1900.27 m, which is 14 cm lower than the same day last year.
