The letter by the Nature Protection Mininstry addressed to “Trchkan” civic initiative representative Levon Galstyan says that “Lev yev Jur” LLC Director Liparit Simonyan, which operates “Tchitchkhan” SHP, will be subjected to administrative liability. “…In regard with the facts on causing damage to environment due to the operation of “Tchitchkhan” SHP submitted by you, examinations were carried out in “Lev yev Jur” Company”. As a result, a decision was made to bring to administrative liability “Lev yev Jur” LLC Director Liparit Simonyan with an assignment to remove drawbacks and violations in environment within acceptable period,” the letter says.
