The public hearings for specialized opinions, public opinion and the opinion of the affected community head and tat of the proper governmental head on “Gndevanq” SHP project documents submitted by “BSB” Company will be held in Yerevan at 12:00, 22 March.
Reminder: the public hearings were not held twice because of “BSB” company. The first hearing was held on 5 February. “Jermuk Development Center” NGO and “Trchkan” civic initiative have applied to Nature Protection Ministry with a letter demanding to annul the hearings for 5 February, while the documentation package submitted for the environmental expertise by “BSB” Company, as the hearings were held with the violations of requirements of RA Law “On Environmental Impact Expert Assessment”. In reply, the ministry informed that the project documents of “Gndevanq” SHP were in the expertise process and the result will be clear after expert opinion.
