South wind speed is 4-6 m/s, on March 3-5, at night of 7 in separate regions the wind speed may reach up to 18-22 m/s., on 6 - 28-33 m/s.
In the daytime of March 3 the air temperature will go down by 2-3 degrees, at night of 4-6 will gradually go up by 3-5 degrees, in the daytime – by 6-9 degrees.

In the daytime of March 3-6, at night of 7 from time to time short-term rain is possible. In the daytime of March 7, on 8 no precipitation is predicted. On March 6 the wind speed may reach up to 18-23 m/s.
