29, at night of September 30 in most regions and at daytime in eastern regions storm and in separate places hail is predicted.
The South West wind speed is 5-10 m/s. During the storm the wind speed may exceed up to 20-25 m/s.
On September 27-28 the air temperature will go up by 2-3 and at daytime of September 29 it will drop by 4-5 degrees.
