On October 10 at night in mostly parts of regions, on 10 at noon in eastern regions from time to time rain and in separate places fog is expected.
On 11-14 no precipitation is expected. North-eastern wind speed is 5-10 m/ps.
Air temperature on 11-12 will increase to 4-5 degree, in eastern regions to 8-10 degree.
