On February 11 through 13 in mostly spots of regions, on 14 through 15 in eastern lots from time to time precipitation is expected, on 11 through 12 in separate places evidently precipitation is predicted.
South-western wind direction is 2-5 m/ps, on 11 wind reinforce is expected to 20-25 m/ps.
Air temperature on 12 through 14 will increase to 4-5 degree.

On February 11 through 13 from time to time precipitation is expected, on 14 through 15 changeable cloudiness is available, less possibility of precipitation is predicted.
