The South wind speed is 5-10 m/s. On April 10 in separate places the wind speed may exceed up to 25-30 m/s.
On April 10 the air temperature will go up by 2-3 degrees. In the daytime of 11 it will down by 5-6 and on 13 – by 2 more degrees.
