On October 16, 18-20 no precipitation is predicted. On October 17 in eastern regions rain is possible.
The south-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s. During storm the wind speed may exceed up to 15-20 m/s.
At night of 16-18 the air temperature will go down by 4-6 and in the afternoon of 17 in eastern regions – by 4-5 degrees, in the daytime of 18, 19-20 the temperature will go up by 4-6 and in eastern regions – by 8-10 degrees.
