The Alliance of Public Environmental Organizations is holding a signature collecting under a written letter addressed to Yerevan Mayor Gagik Beglaryan that demands to call back the decision on constructing a dolphinarium in the garden named after Komitas. The Alliance members express their concern with the fortune of such huge constructions as a dolphinarium. “Public has no official information about construction of such a building,” the letter says.
