Ecolur Presents Findings of Public Monitoring of Nairit Plant Environmental Remediation and Regeneration Programme

Ecolur Informational NGO has conducted public monitoring of the Environmental Remediation and Regeneration Programme of the Nairit Plant, with the findings published in a comprehensive report.

The report presents:

• recent developments related to Nairit Plant;
• the relevant legislative and regulatory framework;
• the results of the public monitoring of the Nairit Plant Environmental Remediation and Regeneration Programme; and
• recommendations for improving the programme's implementation and oversight.

The report was prepared with the support of the Global Greengrants Fund within the framework of "Enhancing Transparency and Accountability of World Bank, the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and Yerevan Municipality Regarding Decision on Intended Redevelopment of Nairit Site" project.
