RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 37 cases, which estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 5,349,850 AMD for 35 cases, an administrative fine in the amount of 100,000 AMD was calculated for the previously recorded 2 cases.
In 8 previously registered cases, the damage to the environment in the amount of 670,000 was calculated, an administrative fine in the amount of 500,000 AMD was imposed.
6 cases (administrative fine in the amount of 869,200 AMD) were sent to Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. During the mentioned period 141,150 AMD were paid to the RA state budget.
