RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 40 cases in the period from 8 to 12 January 2021, which estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 18,296,950 in terms of 39 cases, an administrative fine in the amount of 179,000 AMD was calculated for 2 cases. 8 cases have been recorded previously.
In one case the damage to the environment in the amount of 65,000 AMD was calculated, in 7 cases an administrative fine in the amount of 630,000 AMD was imposed.
3 cases (administrative fine in the amount of 333,750 AMD) was sent to the Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. 814,900 AMD were paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
