Nature Protection Minister Artsvik Minasyan received Geof Giacomini, Executive Director of CNF (Caucasus Nature Fund), Armenian National Coordinator Arman Vermishyan and Financial Advisor Vardan Grigoryan.
“Nature protection is usually considered as a costly sector, whereas there are all prerequisites to make it as a development mean,” Nature Protection Minister outlined.
CNF organization also promotes solving social problems in the communities adjacent to strictly preserved areas of nature.
The parties reached an arrangement to solve mapping and passportization issues of "Symphony of Stones" monument in Garni in the frames of CNF-implemented projects.
Nature Protection Ministry and the Caucasus Nature Fund made a decision to organize working discussions and extraordinary meetings more often, as Information and Public Relations Department of Nature Protection Ministry informs.
