The regular meeting of the Public Council adjunct to Nature Protection Minister was held in 2015. The agenda had been formed based on the issued raised by the members of the Public Council, which included the preservation of specially protected areas of nature, ecotourism and field-related investment programs.
Nature Protection Minister Aramayis Grigoryan stated that the Ministry takes practical steps to develop ecotourism in the national parks, which will essentially promote the attraction of funds needed for the preservation of these areas.
Aramayis Grigoryan informed the attendees, that he assigned to take measures and to specify the border during his visit to “Vordan Karmir” State Reserve.
A. Grigoryan stated that the Nature Protection Ministry is willing to organized discussions and to respond to the urgent issued raised by the NGOs.
