On April 1, the spring pruning works, which lasted 16 days, are over in Yerevan. They were carried out in 55 streets and avenues, 131 yards and 15 parks, as Armen Begoyan, Director of "Landscape Greening and Environmental Protection" JSC said at the meeting held in Yerevan Municipality on April 3.
Pruning of sycamore trees was mainly carried out, most of which had not undergone sanitary pruning since 1986.
