It is planned to establish a new forest-covered park in the area of 200 hectares of Dalma Gardens, as Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, stated during the regular working meeting.
In 2020, the Public Environmental Protection Court organized by EcoLur examined the case "On Continuous Occupation of Dalma Gardens in Yerevan" and recognized the violations of the law in relation to Dalma Gardens as a crime against nature, people and the state.
