New Guidelines for Implementing Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Policies in Communities

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia has published on its official website "Guidelines for Implementing Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Policies at Local Level". The document was developed by the EcoLur Informational NGO with the support of UNDP Armenia’s Climate Promise project.

The guidelines aim to support local self-government bodies in integrating national climate change mitigation and adaptation policies at the local level. They also assist communities in planning and implementing climate-related actions as part of their five-year development plans, annual work programs, and local budgets - ultimately increasing community resilience to climate change.

You can access Guidelines for Implementing Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Policies at  Local Level here.
