Powerful “Ma-on” typhoon is heading towards Japan. The rate of wind in “Ma-on” epicenter reaches 40 m/sec. The evacuation of population in the southern regions has already started and headquarters are formed to aid the population.
Under weather forecasters, heavy rains and squally wind won’t stop in many regions of Japan up to Thursday inclusive.
