Almost all the world leaders will meet at the Summit COP 21 in Paris dedicated to climate change on November 30. The delegations of the parties of the UN Framework convention on climate change will be presented at the level of presidents, prime-ministers and vice-presidents - more than 140 delegations. Besides offilials there will be representatives of cilvil society in Paris, too. The ecological and cultural NGO "Khazer" first reported EcoLur on the organizers of Paris summit with the list of speakers who will present their country's official position. Serzh Sargsyan, President of Armenia, is also supposed to make speech at the morning session on November 30. The agenda of this session are the speeches of the President of the USA, Barack Obama, the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin and other leaders.
