"EcoLur" Informational NGO received an alarm signal from Yerevan residents that a green park (with trees over 20 years old) was fenced, and a sign for the construction of a high-rise building was posted at 140 N. Zaryan Street, in front of the Red Cross office. We sent the alarm signal to RA Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body, attaching photos, where you can see the information about the developer in addition to the fenced garden. Multifunctional building will be built, developer "LIBRATE" LLC, contractor - "Monolithic Building" LLC, author control - "Artyle" LLC, technical control - "DAGS" LLC, construction permit N01 / 18 - 22099-389 has been issued on 17.03.2021.
We ask the inspection body to check the lawfulness of this construction, the volume of planned tree felling, to calculate the damage caused to nature and inform our organization about the work done in accordance with Article 6 of RA Law on Freedom of Information.
