In response to EcoLur's inquiry, RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure (TAI) provided information on Vorotan Hydropower Complex, one of the giants of the Armenian hydropower sector. Reminder: this hydropower complex is operated by "Contour Global HydroCascade" CJSC.
In response to the question "How much electricity has Vorotan hydro complex produced annually during the last 5 years?”, letter N AA/932.2022 says, “Electricity produced by Vorotan Hydropower Complex during the last 5 years by years:

The Ministry left unanswered the question “Whether according to Article 15 of RA Law on National Water Program, Spandaryan and Tolors Reservoirs are included in the list of water systems of state special significance. Whether "Contour Global HydroCascade" CJSC pledged the dams of these reservoirs as well, does it not contradict RA legislation?"
3. The letter in response to the question "How much water has been taken for irrigation during the last 5 years from the canals and water lines fed from the reservoirs under the jurisdiction of "Contour Global HydroCascade" CJSC" says,
