

On February 10, 2026, a ceremonial award presentation of the Amalya Kostanyan Prize took place in Yerevan. The prize is named after Amalya Kostanyan, founder of the Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center (TIAC) and one of the symbolic figures in Armenia’s anti-corruption movement.
Inga Zarafyan, member of the TIAC Board and President of EcoLur Informational NGO, presented the 2025 award to Oleg Dulgaryan, President of “ Center for Community Consolidation and Support” NGO, for his significant contribution to the protection of public interest, human rights, and the environment. Over the years, his work has been aimed at strengthening environmental justice, transparency, and public oversight.
The prize was also awarded to Mushegh Hovsepyan for his consistent and principled efforts in protecting the public interest and promoting the rights of persons with disabilities. His work has contributed to the development of inclusive policies and the advancement of social justice. The award was presented to him by TIAC Board member Isabella Sargsyan.
