On 19 April the Armenian Government will annul government decision N 562-N “On Establishing Amount of Concession Fee and Payment Procedure” adopted on 8 May 2003, which laid down the amount of the concession fee in mining. This governmental step is conditioned by new “Soil Code” entered into force from 1 January 2012, under which no more concession fee is laid down.
