Nature Protection Ministry of Armenia hasn’t received any project documents in regard with the construction plan of a football stadium in Noragavit, says the Ministry letter to EcoLur numbered 5/33/51308 dated on22.05.2012. In this regard, EcoLur reminds, that all recent public statements made by Football Federation Chairman Ruben Hayrapetyan that he will change the place of the sports ground to another place or Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan’s explanations that trees won’t be cut down or any other “good” or “bad” statements don’t have any legal grounds.
