The civic initiatives and activists expressed their concerns with obstacles in the implementation of human rights in Armenia. In reply to the speech by special reporter on human rights defender of the Human Rights UN Council, the activists and civic initiatives in their circulated press release pointed out on RA Law “On Legal Regime of Extraordinary State” adopted on 21 March, Article 316 of Criminal Code of Armenia, which can be used against peaceful demonstrations, to limit the access to justice for civic society.
