The territory next to Yekmalyan Street in Yerevan will be recognized as eminent public domain. The project of this will be submitted by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan at the government meeting on 6 September. The territory will be Территория будет put on tender for the construction of 12- or 14-storey block of flats. “Eminent public domain in this territory dominates over other interests and disorderly buildings,” says the project decision.
