On 6 September the government made a decision about reconstruction term of Arpa-Sevan tunnel. The works are carried out by the government and Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, in accordance with the agreement concluded on 12 December 2007. Under the agreement, the works should finish in 2017, nevertheless, the government laid down the completion date to be in December 2013. The documents don’t lay down the reasons for such a decision, as well as it doesn’t mention the amount of loan and the spent sum.
