Discussions after the elections to self government bodies don’t calm down. Village heads are appointed, villagers say. Ttu Jur Village residents say, “The candidate was told no matter what kind of violations would be, don’t worry, the party would back you. Do whatever you want, jut get votes…In the past the elections used to me more transparent, but now – no comments…in the past the chairman or the secretary of the committee was elected by committee members, but now they are appointed from the top – territorial committee…They deprives us of this right as well…only elective business operates in the region…You wonder how they get elected, they don’t bear any ideology…No election programs are available…When we ask them to provide programs, they reply who and what understands here in election programs…”.
